General

You can register by clicking on the "Sign In" link located at the right hand corner on the home page. Then click on “Register”. Provide the required information in the form that appears and click on submit. We will send OTP to verify your mobile number. After successful OTP validation, please start shopping.
Yes. However, you can browse the website without registration. You are required to login or register while you checkout.

Whom can I contact if I am having trouble using a coupon?
It depends on the terms and conditions of the offer. Some coupons can only be redeemed by you and thus cannot be shared. If the coupon appears in your Provista Online Account , the coupon may only be redeemed by you through that Provista Online account and its associated User ID. Therefore, it cannot be resold or transferred in any way. If the coupon does not appear in your My Provista Online it is possible you may share the coupon code with someone else. Please check the Terms and Conditions of the coupon for details.

Login / Account Related

‘My Account’ is your a/c where you can view your Personal Information, Order History Discounts , offers and Shopping List.
Please click on “Lost your password ?” link available after the “use password” link and use the OTP to setup a new password.

Yes. To reactivate your Provistaonline account, simply log in with your registered email ID or mobile number/password combination used before deactivation. Your account data will be fully restored, default subscription settings applied.
If a wrong code is entered for verification more than a specific number of times, this error message will be seen and for security reasons, your account will be blocked for the next 24 hours. To log in, please try again after 24 hours by entering the correct OTP.
Sometimes, SMS messages may be delayed by a few minutes because of network issues. You can regenerate the code through the ‘Resend Code’ option.
To make sure that your account details are always secure, verification by OTP (One Time Password) is important. This is a one-time process and you can log into your Provista account without any hassles once this is done

Redeeming coupons

After you have selected the item(s) you'd like to purchase, please proceed to the checkout page and enter the coupon code in the "Coupon " redemption field. Once you've entered the coupon code and click "apply" your total will reflect the applied discount.

The remaining balance can be paid with any of your other valid payment sources displayed at checkout.
Yes, all of our coupons have an expiration date, which is listed on the coupon.
You will receive a refund for the entire portion of the purchase you paid for. Single-item coupons will also be returned, but their original expiration dates will still apply.
